How refunds work

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 working days. Delivery fees and consumed diagnostic vouchers may be non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost.
